Feel at home in this beautiful, newly-remodeled Gilbert home with a relaxing pool! Stretch out in the huge master bedroom with blackout curtains, an electric fireplace, TV, gigabit wifi, and walkout access to the pool and grill.

Enjoy together time with comfortable zero-gravity recliners in the open kitchen/dining/family room area. Kids will love time in the pool and loft play area with foosball table as well as Freestone Park only a block away!

The space has a main-floor master bedroom with 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two mini-steps from the entry to the rest of the house.

The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac, but just minutes from shopping, dining, and Freestone Park.

Parking space for 3 cars in driveway. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible.

We love our furry family members! Up to two house-trained dogs are allowed with a $75 per stay additional fee. Please let us know in advance and cleanup after them before leaving.

Please do not book this home if you smoke. Some of our regular guests have hyper sensitivity to any trace of smoking, so we strictly enforce this policy. Even smoking somewhere else and bringing in the scent will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
